Vignesh Rajamani, Application Segment Manager EMC,  Rohde & Schwarz
Dr. Vignesh Rajamani is an expert in the electromagnetic characterization and application of reverberation chambers. His expertise includes statistical electromagnetics, validation and optimization techniques for computational electromagnetics and communication system testing in complex multipath environments. Dr. Rajamani is the Immediate Past President of the IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Society and is involved with several technical committees and educational activities in the EMC Society and its sister societies. He has lectured around the world on reverberation chamber test methodologies and has taught design engineering seminars on challenges in engineering education. He is also the Secretary for the Transportation and Electrification Council under IEEE and the Chair of the Events Innovations and Enhancement working group on Industry Engagement.In his current role, he is working as a Manager for EMC Strategy and Business Development for Rohde and Schwarz.

Michael Hempel, Rohde & Schwarz
Michael Hempel joined Rohde & Schwarz in 1998. Over the years, he has built extensive expertise as a development engineer and later as a project manager for broadcast transmitter systems. Since moving into product management in 2015, he has been responsible for Broadband Amplifier Systems, leading product strategy and lifecycle management for RF broadband amplifier solutions, with a strong focus on EMC immunity testing.
